Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Delivery Excellence & Tech Enablement team you will facilitate agile project management and drive continuous process enhancements. As a Senior Associate you will coach and empower teams securing collaboration and alignment with project goals. This position provides an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills and contribute to innovative solutions that deliver exceptional client worth.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 5 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field

- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification

- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification

- PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification

- Demonstrating proven experience in agile project management

- Excelling in coaching and mentoring agile teams

- Utilizing JIRA Confluence and ADO for project tracking

- Managing multiple simultaneous projects effectively

- Committing to ethical leadership and innovation
