As an Associate within the Client Service Account Management team you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting client servicing for Treasury Services. You will be the single point of contact for clients managing service relationships and driving efficiency in client interactions. Your work will be crucial in managing escalations and supporting transformation initiatives that enrich client experiences. Job responsibilities
- Manage a number of identified top tier clients primarily Financial Institutions to support their correspondent banking needs
- Understand client concerns and provide a proactive and solution-oriented approach to improve efficiency deepen wallet
- Act as a single point of contact for clients for all escalations and ensure adequate coverage by service teams
- Visit clients regularly and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and product adoption
- Conduct regular Service review meetings and address complex inquiries and concerns from clients
- Support various transformation initiatives to enrich client experience
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Metrics and other Country Business Objectives
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 8 years of banking experience with minimum of 3 years in customer service or Sales/Relationship Management role
- Understanding of Global Cash Management products
- Experience to manage Financial Institution clients required
- Understanding of various aspects in clearing and remittance products
- Good Inter-personal and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve desired results and have an eye for detail
- Ability to partner with multiple internal teams
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Postgraduate degree will be a plus
