Job Description:

To support front Retail forces via Store operation excellence programs to ensure increasing stores productivity and profitability.

On a typical day you will drive the following To ensure the delivery of operational KPI sales and profitability plan across stores and review KPIs periodically.

Effectively manage and review the P&L of all the stores to optimize store profitability.
-
Create and execute strategies on smooth and timely store roll outs branding and advertisements.
-
Optimize hiring of manpower in line with the business plans and store roll out.
-
Ensure standardization and brand essence is maintained at all stores.
-
To ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity brand standards company policies and procedures.
-
To identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
-
Coaching the store manager and staff on performance improvement. Work on an individual store improvement plan.
-
Manage costs overheads and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the business.
-
Plan and implement retail store merchandising layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales customer satisfaction and appearance image.

Liaise with external agencies (brand principals) and authorities as necessary (Training Marketing & PR) Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitors activity tactics offers and utilize the information to maximize business opportunity.
