WFH policy: 2 days from home - 3 days partners/ office
Product: AI Governance platform
Size and functions of local team: First Partner Manager 2 marketing 2 AEs and 1 BDR 2 CSMRole description:
Be the first Partner Manager - where you will not just manage relationships; you will shape an ecosystem & partner program that accelerates AI governance adoption across industries in Europe. Working side by side with our founders you will identify enable and scale strategic partnerships that unlock new opportunities for Deeploy and our customers.
You will be the bridge between our partners and Deeploys AI Governance platform enabling co-selling delivering impactful enablement programs and translating partner needs into shared success. This is your chance to grow in a fast-scaling company that is setting the standard for responsible AI has about 15 partners now (Consultancy partners & tech players like AWS Microsoft). The objective is to grow towards an (almost) fully partner-driven reveneu machine.A lot of partners are international so some travel is involved
Work is expected to be divided like this -
40% on current partners 60% recruiting new partners in the focus: financial industry (banks insurances) pharma health corporate and public
ICP: companies with a governance / compliance teamMust haves:
1st interview - online 30 minutes (with one/ two founders)
2nd interview - online 30 minutes (with another colleague / founder)
Business case - on siteFeedback: Ashby (access being added)

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Partner Manager
- Acted as trusted & strategic advisor
- Tech savvy
- Proactive takes ownership mature
- Former Concultancy experience
- Previous start-up experience
