Job Summary

As a Product Manager You Will:

Lead engagements by conducting detailed needs assessments product demonstrations and strategy workshops to ensure effective adoption of solutions.
Develop and maintain strong product expertise offering thought leadership on emerging trends.
Collaborate closely with product management engineering and customer success teams to influence the product roadmap and enhancement priorities.
Design and deliver tailored training programs to help stakeholders maximize value and product utilization.
Monitor satisfaction levels and usage metrics proactively identifying improvements to support long-term success.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of overall experience including 5 years in product consulting product management solution engineering.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into meaningful insights and strategic guidance.
Experience working in fast-paced collaborative and cross-functional environments.
Preferred exposure to the eCommerce domain especially around SAP Hybris CCV2 or CommerceTools.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools to track interactions and product performance.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

Understand business requirements deeply and translate them into actionable solution strategies.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and training programs.
Influence product direction through structured feedback and market insights.
Analyze product performance identify gaps and recommend improvements.
