Job Summary

As a Project Manager You Will:

Lead an enterprise-wide program focused on enforcing and validating Immutable Backup capabilities and enhancing Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness across all applications.
Develop manage and maintain comprehensive project plans scope timelines budgets resources and dependencies.
Ensure prompt resolution of program-related technical process and validation queries.
Validate execution of backup and restore tests ensuring data integrity successful recovery and adherence to RTO/RPO objectives.
Verify and oversee Disaster Recovery Testing confirming system resilience under simulated failure scenarios.
Maintain high-quality auditable evidence of compliance validation activities and recovery metrics.
Proactively identify risks failures and non-compliance issues escalating appropriately to senior leadership and compliance stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of experience in Program Management Project Management or Resilience/DR-led initiatives.
Strong background in managing enterprise programs focused on technical resilience backup strategies and security compliance.
Proven expertise in project planning budgeting and cross-functional coordination.
Experience overseeing testing frameworks such as backup validation DR simulations RTO/RPO verification and recovery assessments.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs with complex dependencies and regulatory requirements.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

Translate resilience and compliance requirements into executable project and program plans.
Lead cross-functional teams through technical operational and compliance-driven transformation.
Facilitate organization-wide communication forums and workshops with clarity and authority.
Analyze complex resilience data and produce auditable accurate reports.
Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation and escalation protocols.
