Due to a retirement we are seeking a Lead Officer to join our Talent Management team within HR.

The Person Were Looking For:
As our Lead Officer youll take the lead on complex projects and business as usual work related to resourcing or strategic workforce planning and manage a small team. You must have:
A Degree and full membership of a relevant professional institute for example CIPD chartered membership.
A proven track record in resourcing and talent management working at an organisational level ideally in a large organisation.
Experience in taking the lead on projects while also dealing with a range of other work priorities often linked to legislative requirements.
Experience inspiring your team and colleagues to get great results.
Good knowledge of relevant legislation and how to put changes into practice.
Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) and the confidence to influence and challenge when needed.
The ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside and outside the organisation.
Excellent digital data and analytical skills plus experience using evidence to shape people solutions.
A self-starter attitude with a passion for talent management and making a difference.
