Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions including invoices purchase orders credit notes and staff expense claims ensuring accuracy and adherence to school policies.
- Assist with budget monitoring providing regular reports to senior leaders and budget holders.
- Maintain accurate financial records using the schools finance systems ensuring all data is up to date and compliant with audit requirements.
Requirements
- Experience working in a finance role ideally within an education setting.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail with the ability to process financial data accurately.
- Good understanding of financial procedures including invoicing purchase orders reconciliations and budget monitoring.
- Proficiency in using finance software and MS Office applications particularly Excel.
