The Role
You will oversee day-to-day HR operations and lead the schools recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment campaigns from advert to appointment
- Handling onboarding DBS checks references & safeguarding vetting
- Maintaining staff records on the schools MIS and Single Central Record
- Advising staff on HR policies and employment processes
- Coordinating performance management documentation
- Supporting payroll accuracy and HR reporting
