Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
Manage customer documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Liaise with site staff solicitors and other internal departments
Maintain CRM records and produce management reports
Respond to customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in sales administration property or customer service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Confident in using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g. COINS) is desirable
A proactive team player with a positive attitude
