Job Title: SALES PROGRESSOR - Estate Agency

Salary: 30000 per annum

Do you have estate agency experience We are looking for an experienced Property Sales Progressor: Manage property sales from sale agreement to completion; liaising with buyers sellers solicitors and agents to ensure smooth timely transactions accurate communication and excellent service throughout the home moving process.

This role focuses on overseeing residential property transactions once a sale has been agreed ensuring all parties are kept informed and each stage progresses efficiently through to completion.

Previous experience in estate agency or conveyancing is essential for this role.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the full sales progression process from sale agreed to completion
• Acting as the main point of contact for buyers sellers solicitors and agents
• Chasing progress and resolving issues to prevent delays
• Monitoring key milestones and updating all parties regularly
• Ensuring files records and timelines are maintained accurately
