Were looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Perth CBD office. This role is all about creating a great first impression and supporting our team with professionalism and care. This role is the first point of contact for our clients visitors and staff and requires someone who thrives in a busy professional environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a busy front desk and welcoming clients in a professional manner
Handling incoming calls emails and client enquiries
Coordinating meeting rooms appointments and office facilities
Processing client payments in line with firm procedures
Assisting with safe custody document collections and ID checks
Managing mail couriers and maintaining the firms mail register
Coordinating office supplies maintenance requests and liaising with IT/support providers
Providing high-level administrative support to lawyers and staff
Assisting with catering events and firm functions
Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion at all times
About you:
Previous experience in a corporate reception front-of-house or client service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presentation
Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence with new systems
A proactive positive and team-oriented attitude
