Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the service department ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
Act as the first point of contact for guests answering phone calls and addressing enquiries regarding service appointments vehicle repairs and general service-related questions.

Collect and record accurate guest information vehicle details and service requests to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
Communicate service updates estimated completion times and any additional repairs or services needed to guests.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

YOU

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capability to handle multiple guest enquiries simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems including appointment management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording guest information and service requests.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
