Overview:
The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the Go-To-Market (GTM) finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager GTM FP&A this role will partner closely with GTM leaders to drive financial/strategic execution for the companys business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of partnering with budget owners and presenting data to assist in decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a role that will have a significant impact on strategic planning and decision-making within the GTM function and at Netskope.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in budget management including headcount planning travel and entertainment expense forecasting and other discretionary spend budgeting for the global Netskope Marketing team
- Support Accounting in the close process each month-end ensuring accurate and timely financials. The role will play a key role in the accrual process and incorporating business feedback on unbilled activities
- Partner with Marketing team members to assist in forecasting analyzing and reconciling program spend aimed at driving pipeline growth for the Company
- Create monthly and quarterly expense reporting focused on variance analysis for Marketing leadership
- Participate in the annual planning process incorporating pipeline and bookings plans to determine appropriate funding for the Marketing function
Job Requirements:
- Required:
- Maintain U.S. working hours schedule:
- Monday to Friday/Saturday: 20:00 - 5:00 Philippine Standard Time
- Deep understanding of P&L components U.S. GAAP
- Proven business partnership skills and self-starter with analytical and presentation abilities
- Analytical operational and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheet and navigating large data sets
- Preferred:
- Marketing/GTM finance experience
- Experience working on U.S. hours
- Systems experience with Netsuite Adaptive Insights Workday and/or Salesforce.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics Business or related field required
