Job Summary

For Linklaters Office in Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Legal & Risk Project Coordinator role.

About the Team
Join our global Legal and Risk team to support them in analysing and updating key client engagement terms and liability positions. Collaborating with partners lawyers Finance LegalTech and CRM teams worldwide to ensure the accuracy of information we hold on our client engagement database for the benefit of the firm.

Location
Warsaw (hybrid model 2 days per week from the office)

Work arrangements

Working hours: 9:30-17:45 and 10:30-18:45

Contract type: 9-month contract of employment

You will be responsible for
Leading and managing the project to collate and review engagement terms
Ensuring efficient updates to our database for liability positions
Collaborating with partners client managers and internal teams
Monitoring and reporting on project progress and data accuracy
Implementing ongoing processes to keep information up to date
Supporting team members in analysing contract data

Apply if you
Have office or regulatory/compliance experience and experience working with legal documents / contracts
Demonstrate strong analytical communication and organisational skills
Are familiar with Word PowerPoint and Excel
Possess strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
Show initiative and can manage competing priorities
Pay high attention to detail and are comfortable managing routine tasks
