- Food Preparation prepare and cook dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef; ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. - Station Management oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station and upkeep your designated area with supplies and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. - Team Collaboration communicate effectively with all other team members and assist/support all colleagues where necessary. Communiceer effectief met alle teamleden en ondersteun collegas waar nodig.

- Customer Relations - Interact with customers to understand their specific catering needs and preferences and maintain an open channel of communication to address any concerns or requirements. - Compliance and Documentation - maintain accurate records of inventory orders and food preparation processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Houd nauwkeurige administratie bij van voorraad bestellingen en voedselbereidingsprocessen en zorg voor naleving van alle wettelijke vereisten.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience working in a similar role. Aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Kennis van diverse kooktechnieken en keukens.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Sterk inzicht in voedselveiligheid en hygiënepraktijken.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. Vermogen om te werken in een dynamische en veeleisende omgeving.
- Ability to work by yourself and in different environments. Vermogen om zelfstandig en in verschillende omgevingen te werken.
