As our Talent Acquisition Operations Manager youll be the strategic backbone of our talent acquisition functiondriving process optimization technology enablement data analytics and compliance across all recruiting activities. This position reports to the Senior Director Talent Planning & Partnerships. As part of the broader human resources team you will build strong relationships with other team members and across all business leaders to ensure our hiring engine runs smoothly efficiently and with a candidate-first mindset. The role will oversee day-to-day management of an experienced talent acquisition team. Lastly to learn and be ingrained in the business you will carry a requisition load focusing on senior level and hard to fill roles that require sourcing relationship building and creative strategies to find top talent for WSB.
