Job Summary
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Managing operations of the Food and Beverage venues and ensuring consistent exceptional customer service
- Support all the food and beverage outlets at the property
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- University/College Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience required.
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required (minimum 3 years)
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- Knowledge of local food and beverage market is a plus
