Position: Customer Relations Agent
Location: Lexus of Orlando & Lexus of Winter Park
Status: Full-Time
For over 25 years Lexus of Orlando and Lexus of Winter Park have proudly served the Central Florida community as Elite luxury automotive dealerships. Our mission to provide World Class Service begins with the efforts of our dedicated team members. Were currently seeking experienced Customer Relations Agents to serve as the voice of our dealerships and deliver the exceptional service our guests deserve.
Position Summary:
As a Customer Relations Agent you will play a vital role in building guest loyalty through the professional friendly and prompt handling of guest inquiries concerns and service needs. Your goal is to provide seamless high-touch service while supporting a luxury dealership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming guest calls and inquiries
- Own the guest experience by assisting promptly professionally and thoroughly
- Proactively resolve guest concerns and coordinate with upper management as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of guest interactions
- Support internal departments by routing calls and following up on guest issues
- Maintain a clean welcoming café space; ensure snacks and beverages are stocked and attractively displayed
- Shop for and replenish café supplies at local retailers

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations hospitality or front desk roles
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking organization and data entry capabilities
- Professional upbeat demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must be reliable punctual and team-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-touch environment
