1. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Senior analysts identify assess and prioritize potential risks across various business areas.This involves evaluating the likelihood and impact of risks developing mitigation strategies and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented controls
2.Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:
They ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws regulations and internal policies.This includes conducting compliance reviews preparing reports and tracking the progress of corrective actions.
3. Policy Development and Implementation:
Senior analysts contribute to the development and implementation of risk management and compliance policies and procedures.They also ensure that these policies are effectively communicated and understood across the organization.

- Training and Awareness:
They play a role in educating employees about risk and compliance requirements promoting a culture of ethical conduct and responsible decision-making.
- Audit Support: Senior analysts may support internal and external audits by providing documentation explanations and evidence of compliance
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job Title
