We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong coding abilities excellent problem analysis and solving skills and proven leadership experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development implementation and bug-fixing of scalable full-stack solutions for enterprise applications (iDeal & DM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Ensure best practices in coding standards application security and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines cloud-native deployment and DevOps automation.
Analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into Java-based applications when required.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with prior leadership or lead developer roles.
Deep expertise in the Spring ecosystem and microservices architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex challenges.
Hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
Ability to quickly ramp up on complex systems and deliver independently.
Strong communication leadership and mentoring abilities.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration in Java applications is a strong plus.
