What Youll Do
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will analyze accounts receivable transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. They will provide support by monitoring all aspects of the collection of outstanding debts owed to the company checking missing and unresolved payment issues reconciling customer accounts and issuing credit notes. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and reconciling the accounts receivable ledger preparing reports and improving accounts receivable policies.
- Handling customer billing answering bill inquiries and managing relationships with third parties.
- Creating reports on overdue accounts and identifying collection issues then helping to resolve them.
- Managing customer accounts collecting payments handling cash and preparing reports.
- Tracking data from customers to analyze credit exposure maintaining compliance documentation and preparing for audits.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in managing revenue.
- Preferably experience in the medical field.

- Pay Range:$23.35 - $33.00/hour (based on experience)

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
