You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Team at Mercer. This position will be based in Singapore office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this regional role we are looking for a candidate with a Rewards background and able to build a narrative from data.
We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of clients within Mercers reward products business with a primary focus on salary surveys.
Build and maintain strong client relationship with key accounts and/or assigned industries.
Work for this portfolio collaborating closely with other analysts to retain clients subscribed to Mercer products/surveys and to expand client accounts for survey and data subscriptions within the industry.
Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits data identify compensation trends benchmark job evaluations design salary structures and engage in advanced rewards performance management bonus design analysis and consulting projects.
Provide strong support in delivering custom survey/project assigned across all domains of total rewards working closely with the project managers. Grow in the role to become project manager for such consulting projects.
Create presentations and reports on analytical insights and industry trends.
Embrace a client-centric mindset by proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
Ensure timely and satisfactory fulfillment of client requests.
What you need to have :
2 to 5 years of prior experience in compensation rewards consulting preferred.
Domain knowledge in Total Rewards across salary structure grade levelling job evaluation applications incentive pay design etc.
Willingness to solve real client problems and create impact.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships with various teams/stakeholders.
Readiness to actively contribute to a collaborative innovative team culture.
