Job Summary

Position: Customer Support Agent (Catalan)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: fixed term (6 months)

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone Email Chat).
  • Assist clients with account-related queries including identity verification and account information confirmation.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer interactions maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native / fluent in Catalan (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (C1 level)
    • Minimum of a High School diploma.
    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong customer-centric approach.
    • Consistent work history with demonstrated stability.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
    • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking abilities.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
    • Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred).
    • Ability to analyze problems think critically and resolve issues independently.
    • Friendly professional and proactive approach to customer service.
    • Experience across various industries such as retail banking or general customer support is beneficial.
    • Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site schedules.
    • Adaptable and flexible to changing procedures technologies and customer expectations.
