Job Description:
We are seeking for Vietnamese native speakers who are fluent in English to join our team in this role you will engage with advertisers understand their business goals and provide tailored digital marketing solutions through consultative sales. Youll leverage your strong outbound sales skills solution-selling approach and communication expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone chat and email on a daily basis identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
- Improve clients experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption.
- When applicable manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
- When within scope and area of knowledge provide pre- and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
- Become an expert on all advertising solutions.
- Ability to identify trends and solve problems.
- Providing vital product insights & feedback from their own experience using the products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers.
- Champion and produce success stories for Advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products.
- Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertisers business to success.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of work experience including at least 2 years in a digital marketing or online sales organization
- Proven experience in outbound sales and calling with strong consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal written and listening)
- Self-motivated deadline-driven and thrives in a competitive inside sales environment
- Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities with strong client communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office email and voicemail systems
- Highly motivated goal-oriented and able to take direction while demonstrating initiative
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
Remuneration:
MYR 5000 - MYR 5500 (Basic) with attractive Sales Incentives
