What Youll Do
As a Dutch-Speaking Sales Specialist you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue and building strong client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full-cycle B2B sales from lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.
- Market research and targeted outreach to identify potential business opportunities within the Dutch market.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Negotiating and closing deals ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams including marketing operations and account management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and tracking KPIs to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends competitors and market changes to leverage opportunities.
What Were Looking For
We want someone who is not only a skilled salesperson but also a proactive and solution-oriented professional. You should have:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B sales preferably in a remote or international environment.
- Fluent Dutch (C1) excellent written and spoken communication.
- Strong English skills (B2 level minimum).
- Experience in prospecting cold calling lead qualification and relationship management.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High motivation resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
