Job Summary
About the Company:
A leading civil engineering and construction firm recognized as one of the top main contractors specializing in rail transit and underground space construction.
Job Description:
- Prepare full set of accounts for audit in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the companys daily expense reimbursement ensuring the legality and accuracy of the reimbursement procedures and original documents.
- Responsible for the accounting processing of the companys sales purchase and project settlements and the verification of current accounts.
- Responsible for the companys daily accounting work preparing accounting documents and ensuring that income costs and expenses are accurately and timely recorded.
- Responsible for month-end AR and AP settlement and reporting.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Able to handle all full set of accounts and well-versed in Auto-Count accounting software.
- Independent detail-oriented responsible and proactive with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to response with China and Singapore accounting.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with financial reporting taxation and audit processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.

RM 3300 - RM 4500
