SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE
CLINICAL DIVISION
Information Technology Officer ()
The appointee will provide technical support for the Division and Clinics including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain hardware and software for IT systems (e.g. clinic related systems computers and printers devices video equipment access control systems tele-systems etc.) including installation daily operations maintenance and safety;
- Maintain and update the Division and Clinics websites;
- Provide support for various services and assist in new IT developments;
- Perform other duties as assigned; and
- Work off-campus frequently especially travelling between Kowloon Tong campus and other clinics.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Strong knowledge of IT services and applications;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills;
- Well-organized detail-oriented self-motivated and capable of multitasking; and
- Able to work under tight schedules; experience in a similar service environment is preferred.
The appointee may be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays and beyond office hours.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one to two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
