This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a Technical Lead to join our this role you will be key personnel responsible for supporting the integration and implementation of end-to-end solutions into the enterprise and participate in the requirements process as directed by the Government. The Technical Lead will work across a variety of efforts to identify integration risks (e.g. technical schedule or performance) opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes users requirements concept of operations documents and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and provides support to design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements advises alternative approaches and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical guidance and support for the integration of requirements design and technology.
• Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems issues or conflicts.
• Communicate with other program personnel and government staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ten (10) or more years experience with technical or programmatic integration roles
• Bachelors Degree
• Demonstrated experience with technical project management
• Experience providing recommendations to address issues and shortfalls in security vulnerability confidentiality integrity and availability
• Experience providing systems engineering support to evaluate utility and demand for capabilities systems and services and suggest modifications
• Demonstrated experience executing and managing end-use requirements gathering and curation activities for Information Technology (IT) systems and services
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results to senior leaders
• Experience supporting the federal government or DoD

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or its DoD equivalent or coursework
• Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g. TOGAF)
• Experience as a technical writer

Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance is required

Basic Compensation:

$129500 - $194200

This range is for the Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign on bonus relocation benefits short-term incentives long-term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
