Job Overview:
Our client is building a next-generation platform that enables individuals to create and operate a personal AI agenta true extension of their cognition memory and decision-making.
This is not a simple automation layer or wrapper. The platform is designed to model context intent and long-term memory allowing the agent to operate autonomously across everyday tools such as email calendars notes and messaging while communicating in the users unique voice.
The team is assembling a founding engineering group in New York City to build the core agent architecture product surfaces and systems that make humanAI collaboration reliable expressive and scalable.
This is a high-ownership role for engineers who enjoy ambiguity product thinking and building foundational systems from first principles. The company is well-capitalized backed by top-tier US investors and offers competitive cash and equity.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on state-of-the-art memory and agent architectures
Build systems that model cognition writing style and long-term memory
Develop the platform that allows users to create and operate their personal AI agent
Own frontend user experiences and product surfaces
Build a flexible desktop application that works across apps and websites
Develop communication systems enabling seamless interaction between humans and AI agents
Contribute end-to-end across backend systems agent tooling and user-facing features
