We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator who can provide exceptional services to our Field Service team in order to attend clients with complex needs.
Your responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
Analyze the offers and PO to register in the operation system
follow up of services requirement of customers internal and external
back office of service staff
Invoicing
Provides full reporting for own area
travel arrangement to service staff
Contact to the customer for clarification
Active role in service scheduling follows up
What you bring
Bachelor of Administrative or Business
Self-motivated problem-solving attitude
