We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator who can provide exceptional services to our Field Service team in order to attend clients with complex needs.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience

  • Analyze the offers and PO to register in the operation system

  • follow up of services requirement of customers internal and external

  • back office of service staff

  • Invoicing

  • Provides full reporting for own area

  • travel arrangement to service staff

  • Contact to the customer for clarification

  • Active role in service scheduling follows up

What you bring

  • Bachelor of Administrative or Business

  • Self-motivated problem-solving attitude

  • The ability to forge lasting customer relationships

  • Teamwork

  • English fluency
