DoD Clearance: Top SecretThe candidate will be assigned as A Security Analyst with Collins Aerospace Global Security Services (GSS) Government Security Compliance (GSC) in Richardson TX. The candidates primary focus is to support and provide technical support for organizational compliance general security administration and customer service support as directed. As a member of the GSC team the ideal candidate must be flexible to meet the immediate needs of our customers and display strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate to multiple levels of the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating interpreting implementing and enforcing Security policies and procedures in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule and other government agency directives. This positions main area of focus will be to support the Facility Security Officer and COMSEC Manager.
**This is an onsite position in Richardson TX**
What YOU will do:
Maintaining accountability control and destruction of COMSEC and classified material in support of DoD programs in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (32 CFR Part 117) and NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16 requirements.
Conducting semi-annual/annual inventory of COMSEC and classified material.
Developing and implementing security procedures to ensure accountability and control of COMSEC and classified material.
Assisting in controlling all DoD GSA-approved secure containers.
Assisting in the maintenance of security awareness programs.
Assisting in the shipment receipt and accountability of classified materials.
Assisting in conducting annual self-inspections and annual inventories of classified materials.
Maintain access control/entry systems to include updating access levels and permissions for authorized user.
Verifying the identification clearance level and need-to-know of any individual requesting access to COMSEC or classified material.
Providing professional support and customer service to coworkers as well as internal and external customers daily.
Operating in accordance with corporate and division policies and practices.
Complying with accepted business ethics.
Qualifications YOU Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience If position is Engineering/Other Technical Position.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Active and transferable U.S. government issues Top secret clearance is required prior to start date.
The individual selected for this position will work in a highly sensitive environment that requires strict confidentiality.
This individual must become thoroughly familiar with Industrial Security policies and procedures and must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a broad range of personnel.
Develop and administer security policies and procedures which include Processing security clearances conduct security briefings/debriefings Marking and control of documents/materials Security education and awareness Visitor control destruction of classified documents/materials program reviews audits and self-inspections (internal/external) investigations and reports.
Respond to alarm activations and incidents.
Maintain the facilitys industrial security program and serve as the primary point of contact in reviewing and implementing client-specific security procedures for collateral programs.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in interpreting and implementing security requirements outlined in customer issued prime/subcontract DD-254 forms (DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications).
Working knowledge on managing an access control system/intrusion detection system and badging equipment.
Experience in interpreting physical construction standards for restricted/secure areas.
Insider Threat Program experience.
Experience with COMSEC account management.
Experience in conducting investigations.
Knowledge of Risk Management Framework.

The salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
