The Surface Based Effector Production is responsible to support the production and development of electrical subsystems used in our Land and Naval based programs. Our subsystems are subject to environments ranging from the frigid sub-zero vacuum of space to the blistering heat of the desert floor to the high pressures of the ocean depths. We are seeking entry-level candidates willing to collaborate innovate and team with our engineers to generate and utilize todays cutting-edge technology in production environments that support missile assembly and test.

What You Will Do

  • Troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment
  • Performing system and circuit level analysis
  • Supporting failure investigations
  • Maintaining and creating documentation
  • Interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major.
  • Coursework in one or more of the following areas:
    • Radar systems design system realization or testing of RF and microwave radar systems.
    • Airborne radar guidance section production or development.
    • RF component design analysis fabrication or troubleshooting.
    • RF laboratory equipment including waveform generators oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers or network analyzers.
  • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

Qualifications We Prefer

  • ABET is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA desired.
  • System integration experience: system integration and development of test procedures for lab and site
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of analog RF components ADC and DAC performances.
  • Familiarity with industry standard RF circuit design software and PCB layout
