Key Responsibility:
Will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all installation activities to ensure projects are executed safely on time within budget and in compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and the ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders effectively.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Review project specifications drawings and requirements
Prepare installation schedules and allocate resources.
Coordinate with procurement logistics and subcontractors.
Supervise site engineers technicians and subcontractors.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensures adherence to safety protocols
Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site issues.
Enforce compliance with safety standards.
Inspect installation works for quality and correctness.
Maintain checklists test reports and quality documentation
Update clients on installation progress and milestones.
Attend project review meetings and resolve client concerns.
Ensure handover of installed systems with documentation.
Experience:
12 - 15 Years
Education:
BE/ B Tech/ Diploma (Electrical/Mech.)
