Looking for a role where you can lead with purpose and make a real impact As Team Leader Property Services youll be at the heart of shaping how the City of Coffs Harbour manages and grows its property portfolio. From land acquisitions and development to strategic planning and stakeholder engagement this is your chance to take ownership of exciting projects and drive commercial success.

About you

If youre ready to take the lead make smart property decisions and be part of a team that values innovation and impact wed love to hear from you!

You will bring:

A degree in Property Valuation Property Management or a related discipline
Proven leadership experience in property or property management at a senior level
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex property transactions and development projects
Strong communication skills - written verbal and presentation
Solid understanding of relevant legislation and contract management

Whats on offer

Competitive Salary from around $120K depending on your capabilities and experience 12% superannuation
Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week
