Job Description

6 month daily rate contract with possible extension

What youll do

Lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across people process and technology. This role ensures service quality operational governance and strategic improvement in a highly outsourced environment focusing on ITIL-based processes like Incident Problem Change and Asset Management.

In this role youll:

  • Oversee IT service performance SLAs and 24/7 major incident resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation across service management.
  • Lead and develop high-performing service teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate service health.
  • Ensure compliance with security licensing and audit requirements.
  • Optimise costs and drive proactive risk mitigation.

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven experience in IT service management in complex environments.
  • Strong ITIL knowledge and certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
