This VIE operates in a Chargé de Mission capacity providing dedicated support to two key functions: the APAC Learning & Development (L&D) HR COE and the East Asia Pacific (EAP) HR Business Partner team. The role reports directly to the APAC Head of Talent Development & Employee Experience with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the EAP Cluster & Singapore Lead HRBP.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Working closely with the APAC TD & EX leadership and the Learning team the VIE will:
- Develop and execute learning promotion and self-enrolment campaigns (communications training system testing).
- Generate reports and analytics on key L&D metrics such as training completion satisfaction rates and skills impact.
- Support the creation and implementation of learning standards guidelines and simplification initiatives.
- Contribute to AI projects within the L&D function.
- Research and analyse best practices to enhance learning effectiveness.
HR Generalist (EAP)
Collaborating with EAP HRBPs and the APAC HRVP the VIE will:
- Assist with HR projects reporting and data analysis for the EAP region.
- Contribute to the improvement and standardisation of job descriptions.
- Track and report on key metrics for the HRBP team.
Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent
Must have:
- Strength in data analytics using multiple systems and tools
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Organised diligent and strong attention to detail
- Adaptability and enthusiasm to get involved and give any task a go
- Confidence and ability to collaborate and support more senior team members
- Motivation and desire to learn and grow within the HR profession
- Cultural intelligence and ability to work with stakeholders across 14 diverse Asia Pacific countries
Nice to have:
- Power BI and Excel Macros expertise
- Workday experience
English fluency is Must have
