Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and adjusting the organizational structure according to company strategic needs.
  • Support corporate culture initiatives and help promote behavior alignment with the performance management system.
  • Assist in developing the annual recruitment plan expanding recruitment channels evaluating channel effectiveness building a talent database and managing hiring lead time.
  • Assist in establishing reward mechanisms and compensation & benefits systems to enhance talent attraction and retention.
  • Work with department heads to develop annual training plans and track monitor and analyze training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design talent development plans and ensure ongoing talent competitiveness.
  • Assist in building and improving company policies and procedures ensuring proper implementation.
  • Support HR leaders in revising HR module processes and developing SOPs.
  • Help iterate competency models and refine performance evaluation systems based on business development needs.
  • Assist in annual manpower budgeting reporting and talent development planning for HQ and branch HR teams.
  • Assist in organizing company events including management review meetings birthday celebrations and annual dinners.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the department leader.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or above preferably in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a technology company of 300-400 employees.
  • Outgoing confident proactive and highly collaborative.
  • Strong systematic thinking planning organizing and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and willingness to learn labor relations management.
  • Experience in automotive electronics or related automotive industries is an advantage.
  • Outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Location: Kulai Johor
