Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and adjusting the organizational structure according to company strategic needs.
- Support corporate culture initiatives and help promote behavior alignment with the performance management system.
- Assist in developing the annual recruitment plan expanding recruitment channels evaluating channel effectiveness building a talent database and managing hiring lead time.
- Assist in establishing reward mechanisms and compensation & benefits systems to enhance talent attraction and retention.
- Work with department heads to develop annual training plans and track monitor and analyze training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to design talent development plans and ensure ongoing talent competitiveness.
- Assist in building and improving company policies and procedures ensuring proper implementation.
- Support HR leaders in revising HR module processes and developing SOPs.
- Help iterate competency models and refine performance evaluation systems based on business development needs.
- Assist in annual manpower budgeting reporting and talent development planning for HQ and branch HR teams.
- Assist in organizing company events including management review meetings birthday celebrations and annual dinners.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the department leader.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above preferably in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a technology company of 300-400 employees.
- Outgoing confident proactive and highly collaborative.
- Strong systematic thinking planning organizing and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and willingness to learn labor relations management.
- Experience in automotive electronics or related automotive industries is an advantage.
- Outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
