You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Sustainable Sourcing Analyst supports the organizations responsible sourcing strategy by analyzing supplier practices maintaining up-to-date supplier data and monitoring compliance with sustainability standards. The role reports to the Sustainable Sourcing Director and works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage data platforms monitor sustainability performance and contribute to key reporting frameworks and disclosures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability data management and cross-functional collaboration to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
What were looking for
Education: Any Bachelors degree.
Experience: 3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills.
Proactive problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with sustainability regulations and frameworks.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
Experience with supplier assessment platforms (e.g. EcoVadis Kodiak Hub IntegrityNext) is a plus.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ethical mindset and commitment to sustainability values.
How will you thrive and create an impact:
Coordinate Supplier Engagement & Data Analysis
Maintain supplier data to ensure accurate integration into internal systems.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to verify supplier data accuracy.
Manage supplier engagement related to inquiries and data submission on platforms such as EcoVadis and Kodiak Hub
Analyze supplier performance and assist in publishing regional supplier scorecards.
Support follow-up activities on non-conformance issues identified in supplier audits.
Data Management & Communication Support
Maintain and update program participation and data submissions from suppliers (e.g. Climate Change Human Rights Biodiversity Circularity).
Collect and organize data from various sources to support GHG emissions tracking and responsible sourcing efforts.
Prepare reports and summaries to support stakeholder communication on supplier sustainability performance.
Support administration of our annual regulatory campaigns and initiate corrective actions.
Monitor updates to sustainability standards and help raising awareness of responsible sourcing processes across departments.
