Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting processing and performing statistical analyses on data to help the organization make informed business decisions. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful and actionable insights that enable teams to optimize operations improve strategies and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Collect process clean and validate data from multiple internal and external sources
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends patterns and insights
Transform raw data into actionable insights that support business objectives
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and data visualizations for stakeholders
Support management and business teams with data-driven recommendations
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across reports and systems
Automate recurring reports and analysis to improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT product finance and operations
Document data definitions processes and analysis methodologies
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas pivot tables data analysis)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms
Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Additional Information :
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting frameworks
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
Experience working with large or complex datasets
