What youll do
In this role youll:
- File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including Lexcel Code of Conduct Anti-Money Laundering and Foot Anstey procedures.
- Respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times.
- Managing routine client enquiries to ensure all required information and details are obtained to comply with file opening requirements.
- Ad hoc administration duties for and on behalf of fee earners in the team including support on matter and financial matter management.
- Diary travel and meeting management tasks.
What were looking for
Were seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced client-focused environment and brings:
- Prior experience working within an administrative function.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbally) and attention to detail.
- Good administration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other colleagues internally both within the wider team and across all practice areas.
