Overview
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers for ongoing projects across large commercial and industrial sites nationwide. This is long-term work with consistent pipeline and competitive negotiable rates.
Key Responsibilities
-
Installation and repair of commercial roofing systems
-
Working on large commercial and industrial buildings
-
Cladding installation (essential)
-
Installation and detailing of skylights and roof penetrations (desirable)
-
Working safely at height in accordance with site and H&S requirements
-
Reading drawings and working to specifications
-
Coordinating with site teams to meet programme deadlines
Essential Requirements
-
Proven experience on commercial and industrial roofing projects
-
Cladding experience
-
Ability to work nationwide
-
Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)
-
Strong understanding of health and safety on live sites
-
Own tools and PPE
Desirable Experience
-
Skylight installation experience
-
Experience on large distribution centres warehouses factories or similar assets
