Due to growth we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our team in Cardiff on a full-time and permanent basis. You will lead develop and manage the Sales team growing the sales revenue of the Drug and Alcohol testing portfolio within family law.
Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development team in developing new opportunities and the Client Managers in maintaining relationships with Key Accounts and to generate increased business opportunities.
Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing plan to deliver against our company objectives.
Manage the day-to-day activities and sales performance of the Commercial Sales teams.
Train and mentor the Business Development and Client Management team to develop and implement sales skills and exceed target.
Qualifications :
Demonstrable experience in B2B sales and sales team management including field and Inside sales operations.
Excellent sales communication and negotiation skills with expert knowledge of pipeline management and the stages of a sales process.
Experienced in managing teams remotely.
Proven leadership abilities with skills to motivate and lead a team to achieve high performance.
Experience of public sector procurement would be highly desirable
Prior experience of selling diagnostic and laboratory services would also be highly desirable though not essential.
