Job Summary

Bachelors degree ( Facility Management/ Business Certification)
Proven experience (7 years) in sales preferably in the facility management or related industries. (Real Estate sales property management)
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Professional certifications in sales or facility management (e.g. IFMA BIFM etc.).
Currently holds a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working Sales and Business development in FM
Industry/Relevant Industry
Experience in Qatar FM Industry/Real Estate/Property Management
Good information on vendors/service providers for FM
Able to provide technical solution and allocation and budgetary forecasting and bench marking.
Exposure to a multicultural environment
