Are you a creative and inspirational Art Teacher with the ability to nurture students talent and confidence in visual arts
A large high-achieving secondary school in Portsmouth is seeking an Art Teacher to join its Creative Arts Department on a permanent basis from January 2026. This is a full-time role teaching Art across KS3KS5 in a school where creativity and culture are celebrated.

Your Role:
Teach engaging and ambitious Art lessons across KS3KS5.
Inspire creativity and encourage experimentation in fine art photography and mixed media.

Prepare students for GCSE A-level and further study in creative subjects.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a degree in Art or a related subject.
Have QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
Be confident teaching Art to KS5.
Be passionate about nurturing creativity and student achievement.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
