Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Physics to join an Ofsted Outstanding mixed secondary school in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will teach Physics across KS3KS5 delivering engaging and challenging lessons that foster curiosity problem-solving and a love of science. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic and high-quality Physics lessons across KS3KS5.

  • Inspire students to develop practical skills scientific thinking and a passion for discovery.

  • Monitor assess and track student progress providing effective feedback and interventions.

  • Contribute to the development of an innovative and rigorous Physics curriculum.

  • Support enrichment activities such as STEM clubs competitions and science fairs.

  • Maintain high standards of classroom management behaviour and student achievement.
