- Serve as Lead Cybersecurity Specialist overseeing all cybersecurity operations.
- Manage and maintain security technologies (firewalls IDS vulnerability scanners).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations standards and security frameworks.
- Identify and implement improvements to cybersecurity processes and incident response.
- Proactively manage infrastructure security risks vulnerabilities and compliance.
- Analyze security alerts and threats assess risks and develop response plans.
- Lead incident response efforts including breach investigations and remediation.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to integrate security best practices into IT strategy.
- Develop and maintain security policies procedures and incident response plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during security incidents.
- Act as a business-facing leader engaging with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Support business continuity in a dynamic and innovative environment.
- Work onsite in Downtown Dallas with a hybrid schedule and participate in in-person interviews.
