Job Summary
Job Summary IT Business Analyst (Menands NY)
- Support and maintain large software systems or applications (minimum 7 years experience).
- Analyze complex business processes and develop/review test plans (minimum 7 years experience).
- Research document communicate and validate requirements throughout the system process or product/service development lifecycle.
- Manage changes to business processes to help the organization achieve goals.
- Provide clear written communications to business owners IT teams and management.
- Work with Health Insurance Affordable Care Act or Medicaid specifically on Eligibility and Enrollment processes (not Health Care).
- Review and evaluate technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
- Bachelors degree required.
- 15-month position based in Menands NY.
