Job Description
Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.
Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Operations (Client Success Manager)
Location: Metro Manila
Work Mode: Onsite & Night Shift
Responsibilities:
Understand clients value prop and be able to clearly articulate the impact of our solutions for our clients needs
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their business needs and objectives.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
Staying informed about the legal industry through our products and beyond to spot trends look for new opportunities and establish credibility with our customers by understanding their business
Required:
2 years of SaaS sales experience to legal professionals a plus.
Proven experience in client engagement account management or sales support.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Enthusiasm to build and maintain solid client relationships
Entrepreneurial character with excellent interpersonal verbal and writing skills
Has a natural curiosity about clients their workflow and how you can help them improve
