Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Work with the QA Team Leader to plan prepare and execute testing.
- Work as part of a cross-functional team
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Participate in estimation and planning of testing activities during sprint
- planning.
- Liaise with the development team and product owners to identify where tests
- and test plans are required.
- Design develop and execute test cases/scripts using appropriate tools and
- methodologies.
- Implement Test Case Management and Defect Management.
- Create Test Cases in Gherkin format.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved; review and
- provide feedback to tests written by developers.
- Document and provide test progress and results.
- Develop and automate the execution of tests where appropriate.
- Deliver testing to a high standard.

Qualifications :
- Degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering or similar field strict requirement
- ISTQB certification- nice to have
- 2-3 years proven experience in software quality assurance with strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Experience with automation testing using Playwright or other tools.
- Salesforce Experience required
- Experience with Functional Testing Regression Testing Smoke Testing UAT
- Testing End to End Testing and Exploratory Testing.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand software systems while
- working in an agile development environment.
- Working/hands-on experience in Ticketing Management tool such as JIRA.
- Experience providing QA status/progress reports.
- In Depth understanding of QA Methodologies STLC and SDLC.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines.
- Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila Neighbouring provinces)
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
